Come and taste the range of Cuisart products inspired by Kef’s culinary heritage and showcasing Tunisia’s culinary heritage, drawing on the expertise of local women!

As well as treating us to delicious food, Cuisart raises awareness of the benefits of eating locally sourced, homemade food. On offer are aromatic herbs, condiments, prepared dishes, cereals such as hlelem, nwasser and frik, arbutus jam, Aleppo pine bsissa, khobiza and many other surprises lovingly handmade by Azza Bidoui.

Cuisart is the result of a project developed by Azza Bidoui, a beneficiary of the Patrimoni 1 training programme developed by our association, Museum Lab, since 2021.
